Tatsächlich sieht dieses Aluminiumfahrrad fast eher wie ein roher, kehlgelöteter Stahlrahmen aus, da das einzigartige Eloxierungsverfahren die Rohre und Schweißnähte unterschiedlich färbt.

Aber der Grund für das coole Finish ist nicht nur das gute Aussehen (das ist ein Nebeneffekt!), es ging vielmehr darum, das Aluminium selbst zu schützen – sowohl innen als auch außen. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist das geringere Gewicht als bei jeder lackierten Oberfläche.

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Rohrlieferanten Dedacciai wird der Rahmen des Gravel-Fahrrads mit einer patentierten Golden Hard Anodizing (GHA)-Beschichtung versehen, die außerordentlich widerstandsfähig gegen Kratzer, Abrieb und Verschleiß ist. Das bereits im Einsatz befindliche Verfahren, von Meeresanwendungen bis hin zu Arzneimitteln, integriert eine schützende Oxidschicht aus Silberionen in die poröse Oberfläche der Aluminiumröhrchen, um eine Behandlung mit einer Vielzahl interessanter Eigenschaften zu schaffen.

Natürlich sind erhöhte Härte und Verschleißfestigkeit von großer Bedeutung. Aber das Ergebnis ist offenbar auch eine Oberfläche mit geringerer Reibung und eine hohe antibakterielle und schimmelhemmende Wirkung – so sieht der Titici All-In aus UND bleibt auch sauberer. Anscheinend lassen sich Schlamm und Schmutz direkt nach der Fahrt leicht abwischen.

Durch den Prozess entsteht eine Oxidschicht, die mit dem Grundmetall eins wird und sich daher nicht wirklich vom Aluminiumrohr lösen kann. Das bedeutet, dass die Lackierung eine „nahezu unendliche Haltbarkeit“ aufweist und nicht anfällig für Absplitterungen, Abplatzungen oder Kratzer ist, wie sie beim Lack unter der normalen Biegung, den Vibrationen oder der Abnutzung, der ein Gravel-Bike ausgesetzt ist, auftreten können.

Titici sagt, dass sie möchten, dass schöne Dinge ewig halten. Deshalb sorgt die innovative Silbereloxierungsbehandlung dafür, dass das All-In AND-Gravel-Bike korrosionsfrei bleibt und länger frisch aussieht als jedes andere Aluminium-Bike. Es ist besonders widerstandsfähig gegen hartes Fahren und nasses Abstellen, selbst in bekanntermaßen aggressiven Salzwasserumgebungen an der Küste.

Ihre Komponenten werden Sie immer noch hassen (ebenso wie Ihr Mechaniker), aber zumindest wird Ihr Rahmen in Ordnung sein.

Kurz gesagt ist das Titici All-In ein Aluminium-Gravel-Rahmen der 7000er-Serie mit vollständig interner Kabelführung durch ein 1,5-Zoll-FSA-Steuersatzsystem, einem BSA-Tretlager mit Gewinde, einer flach montierten Scheibe und 12-mm-Steckachsen. Das Fahrrad verfügt über speziell geformte Aluminiumrohre, die für etwas Offroad-Komfort sorgen, und verfügt über eine Reifenfreiheit für ein maximales Setup von 700 x 44 mm oder 650 x 48 mm.

Es wird mit einer Vollcarbon-Gabel mit 3er-Pack Anything-Käfighalterungen geliefert, während der Rahmen über zwei Standard-Flaschenhalterhalterungen, Gepäckträgerhalterungen und vollflächige Kotflügellaschen verfügt. Der Rahmen ist in 5 Standardgrößen erhältlich und eine individuelle Geometrie ist möglich.
